Refund/Returns Policy

Funky Blue Fish guarantees the quality of all products supplied and wants you to be entirely satisfied with all your purchases.  If you are not satisfied, provided you have taken care of the goods whilst they are in your possession, you can return the goods to Funky Blue Fish within 28 days of receipt for an exchange or complete refund.  Please note that this does not apply to earrings due to health and safety reasons.  The above guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.  For more information please contact mail@fbfj.co.uk

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Funky Blue Fish product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Funky Blue Fish reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Funky Blue Fish reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Funky Blue Fish shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Funky Blue Fish without notice at any time, for any reason.
